1. Auction Participation

• All users must carefully review the auction details, including tractor specifications, photos, documentation, and terms, before placing a bid.
• Once a bid is placed, it is final and binding. Bids cannot be cancelled, withdrawn, or modified under any circumstances.
• Please bid responsibly. TractorAuction.in is not liable for errors in bidding caused by user negligence or misunderstanding.

2. Winning Bids

• If you are declared the highest bidder at the close of an auction, it is considered a legally binding commitment to purchase the listed tractor at the final bid price.
• The winning bidder must complete payment within the period specified in the auction terms (generally 2–5 working days).
• Failure to complete payment may result in:
  • Forfeiture of your bid deposit or registration fee,
  • Suspension or permanent deactivation of your account, and
  • Denial of participation in future auctions.

3. Cancellation by Seller or Platform

• TractorAuction.in or the seller may cancel or withdraw a tractor listing or auction before its scheduled end due to:
  • Technical or system issues,
  • Errors in listing details,
  • Non-availability or withdrawal of the tractor, or
  • Policy violations by the seller or bidder.
• In such cases, any pre-paid amount or deposit made specifically for that auction will be refunded in full to the user’s original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only in the following situations:

1. Duplicate or erroneous payments made due to technical issues or gateway errors.
2. Auction cancellation initiated by TractorAuction.in or the seller before completion.
3. Pre-bid security deposits made by users who have not participated in or won any auction (refunds processed after verification).

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Bids that have been successfully placed or won.
• Cases where the buyer changes their mind after winning.
• Registration or service fees once the user has participated in any auction.
• Any dissatisfaction with the tractor’s condition, if it matches the details provided in the listing.

5. Refund Process

• Eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.
• Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect, depending on the user’s bank or payment provider.
• To initiate a refund request, users must email contact@tractorauction.in with:
  • Name and registered email address,
  • Transaction or payment reference ID, and
  • Reason for refund request.

Our team will verify the claim and process refunds as per eligibility under this policy.

6. Security Deposit Refunds (if applicable)

• Users who pay a security deposit to participate in auctions and do not win any bids are eligible for a full refund of the deposit, subject to:
  • Verification that no winning bids or policy violations occurred, and
  • Confirmation that the account is in good standing.
• Deposits will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the auction concludes.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes related to cancellation, payments, or refunds, users may contact our support team.
All disputes will be handled fairly and transparently, based on available transaction records and auction data.
The Company’s decision shall be final and binding in such matters.
