  • Any action taken using your account will be deemed to have been performed by you.
  1. Auction Participation
  • Users must review all auction details, including tractor specifications, photos, and terms, before placing bids.
  • All bids are final and binding. Once placed, bids cannot be withdrawn or cancelled.
  • The highest bidder at the end of the auction will be considered the winning bidder.
  • The winning bidder must complete payment within the timeline mentioned (usually 2–5 working days).
  1. Payments
  • All payments must be made through authorized and secure payment methods displayed on our website.
  • Taxes, registration, transportation, or other applicable charges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated.
  1. Listing and Descriptions
  • The Company strives to ensure that all listings are accurate and updated.
  • However, TractorAuction.in is only a platform connecting buyers and sellers and does not own or inspect any tractors listed for auction.
  • The buyer is responsible for verifying the tractor’s condition, documents, and ownership before completing the purchase.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds
  • Bids once placed cannot be cancelled by the user.
  • Refunds are processed only as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • If an auction is cancelled by the Company or Seller, any amount paid will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
  1. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
  • Post false, misleading, or offensive content.
  • Interfere with other users’ participation or manipulate bidding.
  • Use automated tools or bots to place bids.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

  • The Company is not liable for the condition, performance, or documentation of any tractor sold through the platform.
