This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) describes how tractors or related equipment purchased through www.tractorauction.in (“Website”) are transported, delivered, or picked up after successful auction completion.

By participating in any auction or making a purchase on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

1. Delivery Responsibility

• TractorAuction.in acts as an online platform facilitating the sale and purchase of used tractors between sellers and buyers.
• The responsibility for physical delivery or pickup lies primarily with the seller and/or buyer, depending on the arrangement stated in the auction listing.
• The website or company does not own, store, or transport tractors directly unless explicitly stated in a specific listing.

2. Shipping or Pickup Options

After a successful auction, the winning buyer may choose one of the following options (if available for that auction):

(a) Self-Pickup

• Buyers can arrange to collect the tractor directly from the seller’s location after full payment and confirmation.
• The seller’s address and contact details will be shared securely with the winning bidder.
• Buyers must verify the tractor’s condition and documentation before taking delivery.

(b) Assisted Transportation

• In some cases, TractorAuction.in or the seller may offer logistics assistance through third-party transporters.
• If chosen, transportation charges will be borne by the buyer unless otherwise specified.
• Estimated delivery time, transport mode, and cost will be communicated before dispatch.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Delivery timelines depend on factors such as location, seller readiness, documentation, and transporter availability.
• Average transportation time is 0–7 working days after payment confirmation, subject to distance and route conditions.
• Sreeraama Automotive will not be liable for delays caused by unforeseen events such as strikes, natural disasters, or third-party logistics issues.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated based on distance, tractor size/weight, and service provider rates.
• All charges will be clearly communicated to the buyer before dispatch.
• In case of self-pickup, no shipping charges apply.

5. Pre-Delivery Inspection

• Buyers are encouraged to inspect the tractor before accepting delivery or pickup.
• Once delivery is completed and acknowledged, TractorAuction.in and Sreeraama Automotive will not be responsible for any post-delivery claims regarding condition, damage, or missing items.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

Delivery may be delayed or cancelled in cases where:

• The buyer fails to complete payment or documentation.
• The seller withdraws the item or delays handover.
• The transporter is unable to reach the location due to logistics or regulatory issues.

In such cases, our team will coordinate between the buyer and seller to facilitate resolution.
If the tractor becomes unavailable after payment, the buyer will receive a full refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Ownership and Risk Transfer

• Ownership and risk of the tractor transfer to the buyer once payment is completed and the tractor is handed over or dispatched.
• During transportation by third-party logistics providers, the transporter’s terms and insurance coverage apply.

8. Insurance

• Buyers are encouraged to arrange transportation insurance at their own cost.
• In cases where the seller or platform arranges transport, insurance (if applicable) details will be provided in advance.

9. Tracking and Communication

• When transportation is arranged through our partnered logistics providers, buyers will receive tracking updates via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• For self-pickup or seller-arranged delivery, the buyer should directly coordinate with the seller.
